1 pkg boneless skinless chicken breasts (leave whole)
1lb smoked sausage, diced
1 pkg frozen okra
1 pkg frozen mixed veggies
2 cans diced tomatoes (or you can use Rotel)
2T Tony Chachere's seasoning
garlic, pepper, salt to taste
throw everything in the crockpot on low for 8 hours, the chicken will shred when you stir it. Serve over rice.
